2006 Figure Show Transformation

I have been asked a many times to post and share my pictoral journey from my figure competition.  My hesitancy has been due to the fact that it was a few years ago and not current news.  I have gone into the archives and dug out the pics to share with you all.  The experience still lingers as one of my proudest, happiest, most rewarding and excruciatingly hardest accomplishments I have done to date.  With the memories engrained into my head as if it was yesterday, I am proud to share with you my 14 week journey from a soft and mushy 136 pounds (21% bodyfat) to rock hard 118 pounds!

  2. OOOOOHHHH, Tab! What an awesome transformation! You were glowing from the inside out! Not that I needed any extra evidence to trust you completely, but now I have even more motivation! Your philosophy of not asking a client to do anything you can't or won't do yourself makes you a top notch trainer. I'm so glad you shared your transformation. Between you and Chelle, you've both "been there, done that" and it makes you the PERFECT team to TRANSFORM THE WORLD! Go Recipe For Fitness! If there were ever two "Iron Chefs" you and Chelle are they! ;)
